About me and my experience

I work with my neighbor who is a childminder. I went to her house at 9.30Am. We played with children, we went outside to spend time in the garden. At lunch time, I help with the food and I did some spoon feeding. Around 1Pm, I changed nappies and take them to bed. I leave the house around 1.30Pm.
Moreover, I do daily tasks such as washing dishes, my own laundry etc. I live with my parents, who have taught me to tidy since I was a child.

I also take care of our cats, our dogs and our horse. I can iron but do not do it so often so I am very slow.

I can cook. I lived on my own for two years so I can cook regular food like potatoes with meat or creamed spinach with ham or eggs.

I have had my driving licence for three years, and I drive every day and everywhere. I can drive in all kinds of weather. I’m happy to learn to drive on the opposite side in Ireland. I drive an automatic/manual car.
I have experience with people with disability and would be open to working with them. I gained this experience with my sister as she has a thoracic outlet syndrome. I help her with the regular tasks as showering or dressing, when she has pain attacks. I also have experience with mental illness. My best friend was diagnosed bipolar.

My Ideal Family

I don’t care what the family is, I just want them to be willing to answer my questions and be understanding with my level of English. I ask for nothing more than kindness.

Why should a family choose you over another au Pair?

I am fully motivated to accomplish this project, I feel perfectly capable of taking on the responsibilities of looking after children, pets and the house. I really want to live this experience and it would be very useful to perfect my English and discover a new culture. I am understanding, committed and caring. I’m sure I’d get on very well with you and your children, so let’s make some lovely memories together!

I would like to work 20-40 hours and earn up to €100 to 200 per week after deductions. If interested, please WhatsApp Ref: 952 Emma to Fanny at 0033781050423

Available from 04/11/2023 to 31/08/2024

About me and my experience

My childcare experience is with family and with children I take care of thanks to an agency I have been working with since November 2021. My boss has provided a reference.

I have a little brother who is 2 and half years younger than me, and younger cousins who are 4 and 6 years younger than me. The difference is not huge, but since I am the eldest, I would watch them sometimes, and cook.

With the agency I work with part time:
Jules is 4, I met him when he was 3, and I have been taking care of him for a little more than a year, almost every Wednesday (except for during the holidays). At the beginning it was from 9am to 4:30pm and it changed because of his parents’ work. Now it is from 1pm to 5:30pm. His mother works from home so she is mostly in her office when I am here.

Then I met Mai Lan and Gaspard, who were 8 and 4 at the time. I babysat them a few times from December 2021 to July 2022. It was usually from 5pm to 9pm, and sometimes in the morning, when their parents were working. Their mother was here once or twice when she worked from home, but other than that I’ve always been alone with the children.

With Castille, who is now 9, it is different because I have to pick her up from school and bring her home. I have been doing that for a year or so. At the beginning it was two days a week every two weeks, and it changed. Now it is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday but still every two weeks because her parents are divorced. I take care of her when she is at her father’s. I have to make sure that she does her homework, and if her parents are not home yet, I have to make sure that her shower has been taken. I am usually with her for 2 hours. Sometimes I even pick up her mother in law’s two children who are not in the same school.

My skills:
Since I’ve had the opportunity to be with children at different times of the day, I can cook and feed them, I can take care of bath and bed time, help them get changed, help with the homework, keep them occupied with activities (playing and reading etc). I can also care for sick children.
I am used to driving with children, since I pick one from school (sometimes more), and go to the gym with another one.

I do daily tasks such as washing dishes, vacuuming, etc. I live with my parents, who have taught me to tidy since I was a child. I’m not so good at ironing but I am willing to try my best.

We have a dog that I look after when I’m not working and when my parents are not home. I walk him several times a week and feed him. I’m a good cook. I cook dinner for my family several times a few times and make all sorts of things. I love it and I also love trying new recipes.

I have had my driving license for two years and a half, and I drive every day in the city. I can drive in all kinds of weather. I’m happy to learn to drive on the opposite side in Ireland. I drive a manual car, but I’ll be happy to learn how to drive an automatic car if needed.

I have experience with children with disabilities and would be open to working with them. I gained this experience with Andrea, a 6 year old little girl with a brain condition. She was physically 6 but due to her condition, it was like she was 2. I babysat her a few times. Sometimes with her parents around, sometimes alone. I usually was here in the afternoon, after school, and I had to take care of snack time, activities, bath time and dinner time. I’ve also been with her some mornings or days and basically had to do what I’m used to doing with other children. I had to give her her medication during meals. Her mother made sure to write down every instruction if needed.

My Ideal Family

My ideal family would have 1-3 children. They would be a loving family, kind and open minded. They would do some activities with me if they want to, and have the time to.

Why should a family choose you over another au Pair?

A family should choose me as their au pair because I have experience taking care of children and I want to keep learning because in the near future, I would like to change my career path to work with them. I’ve always loved being around children. I think they are very fun and it’s interesting to be with them and watch them grow up and change.

I am an organized, responsible, empathetic, cheerful person. I like to adapt quickly because that way I already know my daily routine and organize myself to have everything in order to carry out my activities without any problem.

I would love to help children while they grow up, and help them in different aspects of life. I know growing up is not always the easiest thing, and if I could help them, it would be amazing. I wish to assist them in “constructing” themselves and work to instill in them positive moral principles like love and respect. In addition to teaching children what is right and wrong so they may make wise decisions throughout their lives, I want to assist them in learning how to respect others, value everything their family has to offer, and most importantly, how to always love themselves.

I want the kids to trust me and know that they can come to me whenever they need a safe place. I’ll never make them feel guilty or judge them. I’ll try my best to communicate effectively with kids at all times, and I hope they’ll be aware that they can talk to me about anything. And I’ll always try my best to keep them safe.

I’ll learn what they like and don’t like. I’ll cook and care for them, play and read to them, mayne even introduce them to new activities.

I also want to have this experience as an au pair because I like to travel, see new places and learn about different cultures. I studied English in University for three years, but I want to keep improving my English because this language is my passion. I picture myself in an English speaking country in the future. I would love to live in the UK and have a family of my own there.
I think that this experience will help me a lot, as it will help the kids as well. As I said, I want to work with children and being an au pair is the perfect option for me, as it will allow me to keep learning English and with kids as well.

About me and my experience

I am Kim. I’m 29 years old and willing to look after School-age children ( Sole charge) and Teenagers (Sole charge).

My childcare experience is based on the past and the present. When I was 19, I cared for my younger sisters when my parents needed my help. They are 21 and 26 right now. I was also the babysitter for my two nieces and nephew, who are 20, 17 and 15 now. We ate together, watched television, played games, and I put them to bed. This year I started volunteering as an assisting teacher at a primary school and for an acrobatic gymnastic group. At my school, I help the kids (5-8 years old) at school with reading, math and crafts. I help the gymnastic kids (4-15 years old) with their warming up, performance and tricks. The kids always make me smile because of their enthusiasm, willingness to learn and honesty.

I have experience in many household tasks, such as laundry and cleaning. I like living in a clean and tidy environment and taking care of that. I love cooking and doing groceries. Driving is one of my hobbies. I’m also a driver. I have had my driver’s license since 2011 and have countless hours of experience. I have driven in the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, France, Spain, Germany and Greece.

I’m looking forward to learning how to drive on the opposite side. Therefore I can bring your kids everywhere.

My Ideal Family

My Ideal family would be open-minded, welcoming and warm. I would love to become part of the family and their way of life and culture. I have pet allergies, so I do need a family who does not have pets in the house.

Why should a family choose you over another au Pair?

I’m a responsible, caring, flexible and social woman, who can be very serious, but I also like to laugh and have fun. I would love to become a big sister to your kids and help them find their way in life by assisting, exploring, playing and being with them. I will take care of your kids like they’re my own siblings!

I would like to work 25-35 hours and earn up to €200-300 per week after deductions. At 29, I’m eligible for the Minimum Wage Rate of €11.30 less statutory board of €1.01 per hour worked & lodgings deductions of €3.81 per day less an agreed cultural homestay deduction for non-work hours. About me and my Experience

I’m 25 years and willing to look after Babies 0-1 year (sole charge with some training or where a parent is at home), Infants 1-2 years (sole charge with some training or where a parent is at home) and toddlers 3 to 4 years ( Sole charge), school-age children ( Sole charge) and Teenagers (Sole charge).

My first job was when I was 17 years old as a nanny during the summer of 2014. This came about because of my father, we moved to Mexico City for a few years, and there I was a nanny to two girls who I loved unconditionally, aged six years and six months. The tasks consisted of picking the eldest up from school, bottle feeding and bathing the youngest and putting them to bed. I also helped the oldest with her homework. It was my first experience with childcare, and I learnt a lot and gained a lot of responsibility despite my 17 years. I finished my job with them in August 2016. In January 2016, I had my second job as a nanny for two beautiful girls (three years old) and eight months old.  I did tasks such as feeding them, picking the eldest up from the nursery, bathing them, changing nappies, taking them for a walk to the park and doing different activities according to their age. For me, it was an amazing experience during the two years I took care of the girls, and nowadays, I keep in touch with the mother and the girls, although we live quite far away.
At the end of July 2018, I had to stop looking after the girls because I was returning to Spain, but that didn’t stop me from continuing to work with children, which is my passion. So in October 2018, I had my last experience as a nanny in my hometown, Barcelona. On this occasion, I worked with a 5-year-old boy, with whom I performed tasks, such as picking him up from school, doing homework, playing different games both in the park and at home, feeding him dinner and on occasion I had to read him a bedtime story, as his mother had a complicated schedule. I finished my work with him in December 2021 because I had to do my internship at the university, and it prevented me from doing both tasks, but I still kept in touch with the family.

I’m open to providing childcare, pet care, cleaning, laundry, and Ironing for the children. I’m happy to cook for the children and the parents, as well as to do the grocery shopping. I’m also open to driving in Ireland.

My Ideal family

As for the type of family I would like, I don’t have any specific requests. I can easily adapt, so I don’t think I could have any problems. The only thing I would like to mention is that it should be a friendly family with whom I can have long chats that will make it easier for me to learn the language and that will also allow me to take English classes outside my working hours. As I mentioned, in my spare time, I would like to get to know Ireland and mainly take English classes that will allow me to advance in the process of learning the language.

My Least Favourite Family Type

I wouldn’t like to live in a village as I have fewer possibilities to talk to people in restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, parks…

Why Should A Family Pick Your Application Over Another Au Pair

I am a responsible girl with a great passion for children, which is what matters. In the end, if I didn’t have the passion I have for children, I don´t think I would have done this program even though my goal is still to learn English. Truly, when I am with the children, I enjoy it more than they do; they live and have a vision of life that makes you disconnect from the problems.

After deductions, I would like to work 30-40 hours and earn up from €100 to €350 per week. At 25, I’m eligible for the Minimum Wage Rate of €10.50 less the statutory board of 0.94 cents per hour worked & lodgings deductions of €3.55 per day less an agreed cultural homestay deduction for non-work hours. About me and my Experience

I have been taking care of children in my town for about two years. I’m 22 years and willing to look after Babies 0-1 year and Infants 1-2 years (sole charge with some training or where the parent is at home), toddlers 3 to 4 years and school-age children ( Sole charge). I took care of three years old child in the afternoons for a year, making him snacks, and doing homework (drawing pictures, learning numbers, colours and so on). After that, we played games, cooked dinner, and organized his bath.

After that, I cared for a two-year-old child for one year from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. I gave him breakfast, dressed him, took him to daycare, played, fed him, and during his napping time, his mother came from the office, and I left.
My cooking skills are basic. I can cook vegetables, fry eggs, make omelettes and so on. Sometimes, I cook recipes that I see on the internet, and I am capable of making pastries. My skills in cleaning a house include mopping the floor, sweeping, washing dishes, putting washing machines, etc.
Also, I would add that I have been driving since 2019, when I got my license.

Qualification

A course as a leisure and free time monitor

My Ideal family

I have experience with school-age children but would not mind taking care of babies with training.

Why Should A Family Pick Your Application Over Another Au Pair?

Because I am a responsible, nice, really patient and empathetic girl, I’m organized, reliable and dynamic. I enjoy having quality time with my family and friends.

I would like to work 25-35 hours and earn up to €100-€200 per week after deductions. About me and my Experience

I’m 18 years and willing to look after Babies 0-1 year ( Sole Charge with some Training or Where a parent is at home), Infants 1-2 years (Sole Charge with Some Training where a parent is at home), Toddler 3 to 4 years ( Sole charge), School-age children ( Sole charge), Teenagers (Sole charge), Children with Disabilities (Where a parent is at home or  Sole charge), Adult with Disability – Companion role and An elderly person with Disability- Companion role.

My childcare experience is with children aged three to thirteen. I babysat for three families for over three years. I mostly minded the children (aged 5 to 13) on the weekends or after school multiple times a week. I was in sole charge. I helped them with their homework, cooked for them and brought them to bed. I also worked as a camp counsellor at age fourteen, where the children were aged 11 to 13. In October, I worked at a kindergarten for one month, where I played with the children, settled disputes, prepared the food and cleaned them.

I do daily tasks such as washing dishes, laundry, cleaning etc. I am also able to iron but don´t do it very often. I cook for my family multiple times a week.

I do not have a driving licence yet, but I am learning now and will probably finish in January. Then I will be able to drive a manual and automatic car. With some help getting used to driving on the opposite side, I would be willing to drive in Ireland.

I do not have experience with children with disability or elderly care but would be open to working with them. I also don´t mind taking care of pets.

I’m open to providing childcare, petcare, cleaning for children, ironing for the children and parents, laundry for children and parents, cooking for children and parents, grocery shopping for the family, driving for the family, elderly care, including personal hygiene care and elderly companionship with no personal hygiene care.

My Ideal Family

The age of the children does not matter to me. I am also willing to take care of multiple children, elderly people or people that are disabled.
I would, however, prefer a family that lives in a city, near a city, or in a small town/village with good access to public transport.

My Least Favourite Family

A family that lives somewhere with no access to public transport or a car

Why a Family Should Choose Me Over Another Au Pair

I have worked with children for over three years now and have experienced all types of characters. I got along very well with all of them. I have lots of fun taking care of children and have only ever gotten good feedback from the parents.
Since I have three siblings, I am used to family life and being surrounded by children. I know a lot about sibling relationships and how complicated they can be. Furthermore, I have been helping with domestic tasks such as cleaning, cooking, laundry and buying groceries from a young age.
People around me often describe me as independent, helpful and caring.

I want to work 20-45 hours and earn up to €100 per week after deductions. At 18, I’m eligible for the Minimum Wage Rate of €9.04 less the statutory board of 1.01 cents per hour worked & lodgings deductions of €3.81 per day less an agreed cultural homestay deduction for non-work hours. About me and my Experience

I’m 19 years and willing to look after Infants 1-2 years (Sole Charge with Some Training), Infants 1-2 years (Where a parent is at home), Toddler 3 to 4 years ( Sole charge) and Schoolage children ( Sole charge).

First, I have worked as a babysitter in my neighbourhood since 2018. I look after two boys aged 5 and 8, prepare food, do handicrafts, read books, take walks, bathe them from time to time and put them to bed, in sole charge. I have gained experience in working with children aged 1 to 10.

In 2020 I interned in a kindergarten and an after-school care centre. Moreover, I am a responsible caretaker in a holiday camp and completed a special qualification as a youth leader named “Juleika”. The leader of this holiday camp provided a character reference about me.

I live together with my Mum, and we share the household chores. She raised me to be self-reliant, and I know how to do the laundry and keep the house clean. According to recipes, I can prepare all kinds of dishes. I especially love to bake 🙂
I am confident I can apply my experience in your household with your children.

I have had my driver’s licence since November, and since then, I have driven almost every day, for example, to work or to visit my friends. We have an automatic car.

My Ideal family

I want to be an Au Pair in a non-smoker family with two parents and children aged 1 to 8. My ideal family would have a dog or another pet I would also like to take care of. I want to live in a big city or nearby. And since Dublin is right by the sea, I would prefer this city 🙂 Furthermore, it would be most beautiful in a house with it’s own garden.

Why should a family choose you over another au pair?

I am qualified for the job as your Au Pair because I have gained experience in working with children of different ages in the past four years, and I enjoy spending time with them. I have a First Aid Certificate and a special First Aid Certificate for children.
Furthermore, I completed a special qualification as a youth leader named “Juleika”.
I am optimistic, responsible and confident, and I know that taking care of children isn’t just playing. But based on my experience, I am sure I will be able to handle all kinds of situations. I am ready to take on all the responsibilities this job requires, and I’m looking forward to new challenges in a new country.

I want to work 25-35 hours and earn up to €200 per week after deductions. At 18, I’m eligible for the Minimum Wage Rate of €10.17 less the statutory board of 0.94 cents per hour worked & lodgings deductions of €3.55 per day less an agreed cultural homestay deduction for non-work hours. About me and my Experience

I’m 30 years and willing to look after Infants aged 1-2 years (sole charge),  toddlers aged 3 to 4 years ( Sole charge), school-age children and teenagers (sole charge). I cared for children during the summer when I finished high school from  June to September 2006. The child was two years old. In June/September 2007/2008, I took care of a girl who was 1-2 years. In  June/September 2010/2011/2012/2013, I cared for a little boy from age one until he was four years old. In addition to caring for the children, playing with them and keeping them safe, my job also involved cooking. There were several activities that I had to plan to get the children’s attention such as playing different games, doing watercolours, drawing, and building legos. I also gained experience changing nappies. Since 2014 I have started taking care of slightly older children. I helped them with their homework and accompanied them to activities during the afternoons, mainly during the winter. Even now, I help a child (12 years old) with dyslexia every day with homework.
In 2011 I got my driving license.

I’m open to providing childcare, cleaning for the whole house, laundry, ironing and cooking for the children, as well as grocery Shopping for the family. I’m also open to driving for the family

My Ideal family

My ideal family would be a joint family with defined roles and duties for every member. The word ‘ideal’ is relative. But speaking in general terms, an ‘ideal’ family must first be one where all the members have love and respect for each other. Where all the members exist peacefully and in perfect harmony. Where each mature member of the family makes his genuine contribution to the development of the whole family. I love children, playing with them, and entering their world. If possible, I would like a family near a city, not too dispersed in the countryside. I don’t mind minding a baby, but I would like one older child, so I can have a chance to improve my English

I would like to work 30-40 hours and earn up to €100-€200 per week after deductions. At 30, I’m eligible for the Minimum Wage Rate of €10.50 less statutory board of 0.94 cents per hour worked & lodgings deductions of €3.55 per day less an agreed cultural homestay deduction for non-work hours. About me and my experience

I’m Matte, and I’m 20 years and willing to look after babies 0-1 year and Infants 1-2 years ( sole charge with some training or where the parent is at home), toddlers 3 to 4 years, school-age children and teenagers(sole charge)

I am currently studying to become an English teacher, so I have gained expercience working with children during multiple internships. I have taught children between the ages of 11 and 19. I would teach them about 2 to 3 times a week for 45 minutes. I did this work for about 1 year all together. I really enjoy teaching and would be very willing to help your children with homework.
I also babysat for about 3 months. I did this every Sunday for about 5 to 6 hours. I looked after two children, aged 2 and 5. I got on really well with the children.

As I currently live on my own and have for one year, I can do all domestic work. I have been told that my cooking is quite delicious. I can cook most things as long as I have a recipe.

I do not have a driver’s license. I am taken a first aid course. I also have completed my first year of my bachelor of education, including a certificate.

My Ideal Family

My ideal family is with one or two children and close to or in a big city. I would like to have a family that is open-minded and patient and with whom I can establish a good bond.

Why should a family choose you over another au Pair?

I am very motivated and have a lot of experience, especially in caring for school-aged children, but I am very willing to learn. I am also very flexible.

I would like to work 15-40 hours and earn up to €100 per week after deductions. At 20, I’m eligible for the Minimum Wage Rate of €11.30 less statutory board of €1.01 cents per hour worked & lodgings deductions of €3.81 per day less an agreed cultural homestay deduction for non-work hours.
