About me

Caroline Joyce left her HSE employment, as a Social Care Worker, due to being unable to find suitable shift work childcare and thus Cara International was born

Experienced: Twenty-One Years Placing thousands in-home Childcare Sector in Ireland

Qualified: Managing Director – Caroline Joyce, holds a MA in Family Support from the National College of Ireland, Galway and a BA (Hons) in Applied Social Care from Galway Mayo Institute of Technology and is currently completing a Level 9 Post Grad Certificate in Management and Leadership. Caroline also holds a level 6 in Life Coaching and has complete numerous Continuous Professional Development Courses.

Award-Winning: Caroline Joyce won Mayo Business Woman of the Year in 2015 and was runner up for National Business Woman Of the Year.

Cara International has featured on RTE’s documentary ‘When the Au Pair comes to stay’ and RTE’s Nationwide, as well as in many local and national newspapers
