Caroline Joyce left her HSE employment, as a Social Care Worker, due to being unable to find suitable shift work childcare and thus Cara International was born

Qualified: Managing Director – Caroline Joyce, holds a MA in Family Support from the National College of Ireland, Galway and a BA (Hons) in Applied Social Care from Galway Mayo Institute of Technology and is currently completing a Level 9 Post Grad Certificate in Management and Leadership. Caroline also holds a level 6 in Life Coaching and has complete numerous Continuous Professional Development Courses.
Award-Winning: Caroline Joyce won Mayo Business Woman of the Year in 2015 and was runner up for National Business Woman Of the Year.
